Access Resort & Villas offers 149 rooms, each with direct pool access from the terrace. Room service is delivered via a Thai boat rowed by staff, bringing meals and drinks straight to guests. The resort also provides complimentary one-way shuttle service to Karon Beach twice daily.

The resort has five unique outdoor free-form pools, including swim-up bars where guests can order cocktails without leaving the water. Each room terrace includes private sunbeds overlooking the pool channel. Pool/beach towels are provided, and the main pools are open from 08:00 to 20:00.

The Access Spa offers a variety of treatments including foot baths, massage chairs, and spa/wellness packages. Guests can play billiards or use the games room, and cooking classes are available for those who want to learn Thai cuisine. A fitness center overlooks the garden and pool area.
